In the event that a problem arises with your product, please notify Catalyst Bioptics or its authorized distributor or dealer immediately to serve you better.

If it is determined that the product needs to be sent to Catalyst Bioptics or return, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. ALL PRODUCT(S) SENT TO CATALYST BIOPTICS MUST BE MARKED WITH AN RMA NUMBER. We ask that you:

(1) Pack the product surely in the original box packaging and

(2) Write the RMA number on the box

so that it can be efficiently tracked once it arrives at Catalyst Bioptics, thus assuring prompt repair.

Catalyst Bioptics will not cover damage sustained in shipping due to improper packing.
